Your chauffeur monitors the inbound flight from wheels-up. If you land early they are already inside the terminal; if you are delayed the pickup slides automatically and you are not charged for the difference. On departures we build in a buffer sized to the airport, the hour and the day — Tullamarine on a Monday morning is not the same run as a Sunday night.
Meet-and-greet is standard on arrivals: your chauffeur waits airside of the doors with a name board, takes the luggage and walks you to the car. There is no curbside phone call and no rideshare pickup deck.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Inside the arrivals hall with a name board, at the terminal exit point for your flight. For international arrivals that is after customs; for domestic it is at the baggage carousel exit. Your chauffeur's name and mobile are sent by SMS before you land.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. Flight tracking moves the pickup automatically and the fixed fare does not change. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait from touchdown, domestic 30 minutes.
Do airport fares include tolls and parking?
Yes. Tolls, airport access fees, terminal parking and GST are all inside the quoted fixed fare.
Can you carry oversized luggage, prams or golf clubs?
Yes — tell us at booking and we allocate a luxury SUV, V-Class or Sprinter rather than a sedan, at the class rate shown at quote time.
