You are invoiced monthly in arrears with a consolidated GST tax invoice, plus a CSV line-item export showing passenger, cost centre, date, route and vehicle class. Standard terms are 14 days.
Can we set cost centres and booker permissions?
Yes. Each booker can be scoped to specific cost centres, and every ride carries a reference field that flows through to the statement.
Do you cover multi-city roadshows?
Yes — a single coordinator holds the itinerary across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra, with the same standard of vehicle and chauffeur in every city.
Is there a minimum spend to open an account?
