Australian Chauffeurs collects only the information needed to deliver and invoice your transfer — name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses and payment confirmation. We never sell personal data and handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Pickup, drop-off and flight details, used to plan and track your transfer.
• Payment confirmations from our PCI-compliant provider — card numbers are never stored by us.

Sharing, retention and your rights

• Trip details are shared only with the assigned chauffeur and, for corporate bookings, the account holder.
• Booking and tax records are retained as required by Australian tax law, then deleted.
