Australian Chauffeurs — premium chauffeur service across Australia

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every booking made with Australian Chauffeurs (ABN 41 624 350 321). Fares are fixed at the time of booking, cancellations are free up to 3 hours before pickup, and waiting time is charged only after the complimentary allowance has elapsed.

Bookings and fares

• The quoted fare is fixed and includes tolls, airport access fees, parking and GST.
• Additional stops, route changes or extra passengers may alter the fare and are confirmed in writing.
• A 4% card processing fee is applied at checkout by our payment provider.

Cancellations and waiting time

• Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• International arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary wait; domestic arrivals 30 minutes.
• All other pickups include 15 minutes complimentary wait, then waiting time is billed per 15 minutes.

Conduct, luggage and liability

• Luggage must be declared at booking so the correct vehicle class is assigned.
• Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle; cleaning fees apply to soiling.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
